She didn’t have the first Princess Big Mac, just the most well known one. (apparently she freaked)
“Apples for all of Equestria!”
I’ll take it.
Cause its only a dream. XD
Jim, or whomever directed. Never memorize that sort of thing. XD
More like a humorous concept occurred to him in a princess obsessed environment and as he gained authority he rolled with it without thinking ahead about the gender connotations.
He’s seemed pretty close to Donut Joe every time we’ve seen them together, but I think the real problem here is the phony negative implications you’re attaching to the concept of femininity.
I sort of see use of the term “princess” as meaning “someone (usually alicorn) with huge role in Equestria”, given that the princesses seem to be who have the most political (and physical) power in Equestria.
Wait, so you were agreeing with me back then? I’m a little confused XD
And he giggled like a ninny when he was invited. I think your original point still stands; gender constructs just do not have the same ascribed values in Equestria as they do here.
But he also wouldn’t admit that he wanted to go to the Great Galloping Gala.
“Girly” clearly doesn’t mean the same thing in Equestria that it does in most places around here; he flat out didn’t understand why anypony was smirking at him for being practical and wearing a nice apron in Dragon Quest.
But what if princess is a gender neutral title in Equestria? Spike didn’t seem to have trouble calling himself a princess a few episodes ago, and he’s not one to openly admit to liking girly things usually.
Yes and no. Larson asked the joke question of what he did with Peter Old and Peter responded with what Larson called a “snide comment” which he considered punching the hole in the ticket to alicornhood. Very funny back and forth really; which led to the fan art, then here we are.
