No, they don’t. However, part of the allure that initially made Vinyl so popular was the idea that there was something unique behind her glasses.

By contrast, magenta is a common and generic eye color, especially for background characters, so when her eyes were revealed during ACW, a large part of her mystique was lost.

Some of us will always prefer the stark contrast of her fanon eyes, regardless of what is actually “canon” or not.
