It’s pretty easy actually  
In the first two panels twilights and dashes relationship grows  
However rarity throws herself at Dash and kisses her  
In the fourth panel Dash is embarrassed, but Twilight says it’s okay because she knows it wasn’t her fault, and she should be happy because Twilight is pregnant.
 
Fifth panel Dash is overly confused on how that could happen, they are both mares  
Sixth panel Twilight explains she has been experimenting with cloning magic, and thus created a clone of herself in her own uterus.  
Seventh panel her belly suddenly grows, because of the magic it didn’t take 9 months but 9 minutes  
Eigth panel she hands Dash a scalpel because this magic is against the laws of equestria, and thus they need to get the baby out before anyone notices.
 
See, now all makes sense in this game.

I still just can’t get over how three of the pictures are Twidash, okay… But then the fourth is just randomly Raridash? In a game with Twilight giving birth?
 
There’s so much wat in this whole thing, but that’s the only one I can’t even attribute to any kind of fetish or oddness. It’s just… wat?
