Ah, I get it. It’s not such a problem for him in the air since all of him is dragged downward by gravity, but in water, his unarmoured body is buoyant enough to be pushed up while his armour sinks down, so tilting too far in one direction flips him over. This suggests that some guards can swim in their armour as long as they take care to stay upright. Good to know.

Odd how they can fly perfectly well in that armour, but can’t stay afloat in it. Either Monny’s just not a very good swimmer (quite likely) or logic works differently when it comes to these four (also likely).
