You can, but that one (or three) words doesn’t actually give you an idea of their character, and doesn’t show how different they can be from others with those same “description.” It would take an essay to do that for each of the Mane Six, and that’s the mark of a round character.
Thing is, RD’s personality can be described with one word, while Fluttershy requires three. Someone can probably do it in two.
