Ohvist

@Background Pony #33D5
to be fair, the guy broke several major rules by:
Invading King Aspens’ sovereign territory.
Constructing Buildings in King Aspens’ sovereign territory without the express permission of either the ruling bodies of Thicket or Canterlot.
Actively interfered with correspondence between Thicket and Canterlot to continue with his highly illegal and unsanctioned “invasion” of Thicket.
Dismissed and outright ignored any and all criticisms levied against him by both National Heroes and one of the ruling members of Equestria seeking to recall his forces and cease all operations.
Kidnapping of a member of the Royal Family.
Committing Contractual Fraud. (Bramble signed the contract under duress, thereby making all contents of the contract Null-and-Void; without even getting into the laws against Child Trafficking/Child Slavery).

Yeah, Well-To-Do had it coming from a mile away that the only thing keeping him from being outright killed off from minute one was because of the Comic Rating System.

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

Wow. The HYDRA got involved.

The HYDRA.

Well, we knew that progress was being made. Now Well-To-Do is HYDRA droppings instead of just being full of it.

So, because he’s a “citizen of equestria”, Twilight, instead of locking him with magic, caused him to be eaten by a hydra.
Yay Ecookstrian justice!

To be fair, if you’re going up against someone that can field a hydra by talking nicely to it, you’ve pretty much taken your fate into your own hands and getting eaten is an inevitability. Unless you’re fucking Hercules or some shit.

My Little Pony - 1992 Edition

dead to you
Haa, he died in one of the scariest, if not most painful, ways possible. Well, he has a smug expression in the first panel, so I’m sure he was enough of a douchebag to deserve…all that.
GekkanShounen

@PonyPon
True, but they didn’t command it to commit vore. They only perhaps suspected. I mean, they have to give the giant monster the benefit of the doubt that it would only mildly injure the intended victim. Since there were no historic sites under immediate danger, I’m sure they’re perfectly innocent under Equestrian law.
GekkanShounen

@Zincy
Of course. It absolves the heroes of direct responsibility. Both gravity in conjunction with great heights and giant monsters are uncontrollable elements of nature, leaving the cause of demise solely on the burden of the deceased.
