In my opinion, this one seems the most impractical, given the mane on the helmet obscures most of the right half of her view (unless there’s some sort of HUD built into it, then this is moot), and more importantly her hands are stuck inside those hoof gauntlets, which look to double as landing gear. Unless the wheels in it are motorized, and she can give a mean friction burn with her punches, I can’t see the value of constraining her hands in those metal hooves.

Osprey VTOL Fluttershy is most fitting Mecha Musume Pony.

Now this one, I must say, rather surprised me. The overall build of the unit works better then I expected, and the convenience factor (such as using the bulk of the haunch plates as floodlights) is nicely done. Also the pet carrier is a cute touch, though I fail to see how it integrates into the unit. Is Fluttershy holding it, or is it part of the unit itself? Its coloring may testify the former, but I cannot assume.
 
All in all, this unit is quite well done. I like how it is less “vehicle” and more “jetpack” (well, “hoverpack”), and it does suit Flutter rather well.
