He might be big, but he’s also muscular, which gives him that distinct appearance. There’s not a lot of “muscular” male ponies on the show, save for Big Mac and Snowflake, so of course people aren’t going to make the others big. They’re being show accurate.

That’s why a lot of Rule Sixty Three Big Macs are slender.
