Just pointing this out: the dark color is clearly just the dark theme under Derpi’s settings. The OP is using that (as am I), and any potential changes would obviously apply to other theme sets.

I can’t see “post anonymously” option on the lower design.  
Pointing this out, even though I never use it.

Add borders (actual lines) around different areas to separate them visually. Borders aren’t your enemies, 9/10 attempts to remove them will fail and produce even more cluttered look than the starting point.
 
And share buttons… seriously? Do I have to enable AdBlock on derpi to block that junk?
