That’s a pretty neat design :O
Critique: I would remove the pink dot on the cheek and make the freckles like Applejack’s. Also, the Cutie Mark is a bit overloaded, romove the pattern on the heart, make the pattern on the bow bigger and remove all the outlines. I think it would also help to make the mane/tail outlines the same colour as one of it’s filling colours (you would have to try out which looks best).
