And maybe where the heck they’ve been staying for whatever length of time they’ve been in the human world
I applauded you, good sir. 8)
We have already seen that sort of thing in fanfics and stuff. We are more interested in their real forms and origins,
But high school kids are fucking jerks! And petty too! Maybe he was trying for realism. :P
But seriously, it just felt like a warmed-over recap of Ponyville Confidential to me. Not very good, but not outright terrible either. That’s just me though. I can totally get why people wouldn’t like it.
While I agree that most of Andersons prior comics were alright, there was a lot more wrong with the Holiday Special than just that, namely that the main cast and CMC were fucking jerks far above the level of jerkiness they usually ever get to, the CMC were in fact out right malicious toward Sunset for some very petty reasons.
Banished from Equestria. Stupid typos. >.>
Plus, this isn’t really an EQG story anyway. It’s about the Dazzlings before they were banished to Equestria, so he won’t be working within the restrictions that the human world comes with.
Yes, those were fun comics. EqG Holiday Special may have been his low point but he can possibly make up for it with the Dazzlings’ issue.
I hope
I do remember, and I also remember his Trixie arc (with collaboration of noone else but Agnes Garbowska). Both that and FF#3 were fantastical, and even if Ted is a horrible person and even after his horrible failure… I still have hope in this comic for a few reasons:
1.- Agnes’ style is awfully cute, and I’m sure she can lend a hand into keeping the cute in the Sirens (specially Sonata!)
2.- THIS is the moment for Ted to write awesome jerks for villanous protagonists. I mean, the Sirens were evil despite how cute they were, or maybe he can give them a legit reason to be bad… I hope
3.- Ted might be an asshole, but his stories (even in the Worst case) try to be different and/or ambitious (Though sometimes pretentious) I just hope he can redeem himself (just like Sunset) and give us a good comic… Or just like her version of her, fail and see how everyone treats him like trash (except he kinda deserves it)
You know despite all of the recent controversy around Ted lately, does anyone even remember his Spike & Celestia comic? I loved it and it did Celestia major favors.
Well, now they set him loose to fuck up the good parts of EQG!
I swear, if they have him do a thing on human!Twilight, somebody dies.
That seems to be the case
I suspect IDW hates EQG so they put not effort on it or make it look worse, like making sunset having zero freudian excuses, showing the school to be full of assholes and ruining the CMC.
Gotta have someone to do it I guess.
>Anderson.
GOD DAMMIT!!!
What, is this why they keep him around? To dumb all the EQG stuff on him?
Welcome to my world.
Mebberson did all the main villain covers.
