Not necessarily. Some of the cubes I’ve come across has blue opposite white and green opposite yellow. Seems like the most consistent opposites are red and orange, although I’ve bought cubes that buck that trend too.

In that case, she’s actually incredibly close to solving it given what I can see.
Well she is holding it at a angle, RD may just not notice a few details in her exhausted rebux cube state.
Provided that the cube was scrambled legitimately, there’s likely at least one other corner twisted the other way in the far back (or both corners twisted the same way as exposed one.)
