It was my second favorite weapon in fallout 3 my number one favorite weapon is the 32 pistol.
I may rag on Fallout 3 for many things, but goddamn, the Railway Rifle was one of the best additions to the series.
Octavia’s weapon is the silenced 22 smg, im using a mod that brings weapons from fallout 3 to new vegas (and makes it possible to craft dartguns, railway rifles and rock-it launchers)

Nope, the SMG in Octavia’s back and the shotgun on Vinyl are exclusive to F3, and do not appear in FNV.
I think it’s New Vegas.
