Oh I see. So this isn’t about not being picked randomly for a sketch but on the topic of Spike being cannon? Of course he’s cannon. I would draw him or Vinyl too. I thought the issue was Furry didn’t get his request during the stream. Back when I said, “Cannon characters only. Looks like Olbin wins!”, I was answering two questions in the chat. Someone was asking if it was only cannon characters, and another was asking who got the request. I wasn’t replying to Furry at the time. If he was randomly picked from Random.org I would’ve happily drawn Spike eating icecream.
I think you’re confusing “canon” character with “main” character.
He is a canon character.
Olbin won by chance using Random.org. When I do free requests it’s only cannon characters. I’m a bit shocked you are feeling this way. I choose to use Random.org to make sure it was purely random and not in any way to hurt anyone’s feelings. Please email me and express any issues you may have, instead of harboring them.
If I messed up and you were picked from the site, please let me know. I do make mistakes sometimes.
