Reading the Twitter link, his comment to one of the replies is “In all seriousness, I did draw her, but it was horrible.” Kinda want to see what he came up with (I’m sure his “horrible” isn’t all that bad), but this is funny too.

Without her powers, Adagio was soon overwhelmed by her hair. The other sirens were able to get short cuts in time.

I love Adagio’s hair. It reminds me of the hair of Iris from Pokemon.  
 
Giant hair that goes down to the waist and is three times as wide as her body. It likely almost outweighs her. Plenty of room to store things in it too. They wouldn’t be themselves without their hair.

I can see why you’d think I was rude - and admittedly I was. I felt insulted because I believed someone was abusing voting mechanics to upvote what looked to me to be what I mentioned before. Hearing he’s a legitimate artist that probably had nothing to do with the upload or this site in general eases my opinion of that.

I’m at a loss to explain why exactly this is so hilarious, but I’m still laughing.

The admins know very well when someone is sockpuppeting, and they do NOT take kindly to it. Some of our illustrious users with ducks attached to their profiles got themselves banned for that very thing.
 
What this actually is, is abstract art. Nekubi is a fine artist with several hundred pieces uploaded here (who probably isn’t aware of how much respect he has amongst MLP art fans b/c he’s Japanese). It’s also telling of how quickly we can identify what this is - a ball of hair and who it belongs to - simply by its shape and colouring.

Eh I gave it a downvote just because it’s so easy a 3 year old could do it without trying. And for all we know did.
 
The fact it has any favs at all tells me the uploader is going around telling friends to fav it. Or using alt accounts to fav it or something.

Man… this is almost contemporary art or something. I mean… It’s just a squiggly line in a circle colored orange with a yellow streak in it, so in that way you can’t say it has anything to do with ponies.
 
On the other hand, I immediately thought of a character when I saw it and in that regards it won’t get a “barely pony realted” or “Not pony related at all” tag.
 
I don’t know if the artist was trying to be clever, but my hat’s off to them.
