Something like that happened on Rescue 911; A kid’s jacket was caught in the bottom of the escalator and he was unable to breathe. They did cut the jacket off and yes, he survived.

Needs more frames upside-down and on her left side. I don’t know if there’s any. ‘cause without those frames, it just looks like she’s leaning left and right. Doesn’t really look like rolling to me :q
