马国: Equestria
卢浮宫: Louvre, specifically the Louvre museum – 卢浮 is Lú fú, a direct transliteration, while 宫, gōng, is a palace or similar high-class building. Louvre is this gōng’s specific name.

Originally, of course, the Louvre was a palace, in the Baroque style of which this room’s decor is itself reminiscent, so possibly the original comment was refering to that. Without more context from original BP we’ll never know.

Hey there don’t Know what Louvre is but “马国” stands for “Equestria”，actually ”小马国” stands for “little horse/pony land”，we don’t use the “小”(little) sometimes but it still means “Equestria”?

According to Google Translate™, this is simplified Chinese for “Louvre Museum” (or “Louvre Museum, Malaysia”, but that’s nonsense). Perhaps you are saying this gorgeous drawing belongs in such a museum?
