Well to tell the truth i can understand one point. Having an alicorn OC for many of the fandom means “I have self-esteem issues so i make my pony extraordinary and make her alicorn to compensate my own weaknessess in real-life”
 
Sadly this is a thing that sits in the brains of the community like a tumor. I mean i can remember many furries also have/had OCs with godlike powers or even considered them immortal or unbeatable.
 
Doctiry might be an alicorn, yeah. And it might had been unnessesary for her to be one. But she is not immortal. She is not overpowered and she has more flaws in her personality then many of the mane six.
 
She is talented with medical stuff and is cute, but she is very introverted and lacks self-esteem. The complete opposite of these “Overpowered God OCs” or recolored versions of the mane six. And dont get me started with the “Lost brother or lost sister” stories of some of these.
 
Atleast she isnt one of these. I don’t care if she would’ve been unicorn, alicorn or pegasi… for me she is the cutest and most loveable pony OC of them all.

Good thing about this character is how they seem to epitomize the negatives of what they are: They’re an alicorn, but they don’t give off the same ‘regal’ tone as an alicorn, instead being extremely self-conscious and self-deprecating, which is exactly what one of these stories can help her with.
 
… ‘nice things’ would also keep her from becoming obsessed with her work, as if thinking that’s the only means of coping with negatives that would often pollute her mind.
 
She’s a time bomb as she stands, and as she is, it’s ticking slowly until it will eventually explode… unless Platan is around to defuse and neutralize her problems.

I very rarely hear Mario. Come to think of it, only ever heard “Eastside Mario’s”, or the video game character, and maybe once or twice on the news, but it’s never common.
 
Never heard of “srmario” before, oddly enough… but if this is like other works from them, I certainly hope for more “doing loving things” from them, in the hopes of realism being shown.

Maybe OP should be more insulting so we’d actually want to leave. :D
