No, not exactly. Queen Chrysalis shows heavy traits of narcissistic disorder. This is supported by her belief that she knows her changelings changelings and herself best. She is very independent and dominating wishing for herself and only herself to be the ruling and supporting party. I believe it’s reasonable to assume she is simply too proud and independent to ask another party for help or advice.

Well this was more of an “Overtake the capital and then spread to the adjacent cities”-plan, but the way their absorption of love occurs was never made too clear… for all we know, Chrysalis is just a bitch who wanted control and used feeding her species as an excuse to invade.

I still say the whole “invade he city, therefore horrifying everyone” plan was completely retarded. The lack of explanation of the whole love feeding also belies the question why not just trade peacefully with the natives?
