It’s Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles.
Not a Final Fantasy game or even a Square Enix game. It’s made by the same people who made Xenogears and Xenosaga, though I’m sure Xenoblade Chronicles is unrelated to both.
It came out only for the Wii, and if you didn’t play it, you REALLY missed out.
