Well, the poor kid just found out she’s a species everypony is afraid of, her motherly figure is a zebra, one of her friends is now two, and the other now has an alien attached to her. That’s not even getting to the fact that her granny hosts a book club attended by a ghost, a betentacled pegasus, and Neo-Horror Derpy.
 
Yeah, she’ll have some issues.

So Apple Bloom is a changeling now and can be any pony she wants, including her old form or her natural changeling form. And when hanging out with her friends, she chooses… her big brother?  
I think that filly needs therapy.
