Simplest solution: Attach wings to her scooter. Scootaloo’s wings are easily strong enough to provide the needed thrust, she just needs an airfoil big enough to provide the necessary lift.
Hang gliding seems most realistic. She could also have another pegasus buddy nearby to fly with her and catch her if she falls.
Well there was an entire episode dedicated to her not being able to fly and Rainbow Dash tells her she might one day be able to fly but if she doesn’t not to take too hard so it’s confirmed that for now she can’t fly and may never be able to but this comic feels like it’s trying to hard.
I’m also pretty sure that Scoots can fly, or at least hover.
It was shown in an episode earlier this season, but I can’t remember which one.
