Eh, that was more explaining the ‘background pony’ thing. I think you’re vastly over-estimating the idea of actual Applejack hate though.
But it still doesn’t excuse anyone for hating her.

I’m glad there’s SOME people.
Because a lot of her stuff just plain isn’t memorable. It’s not bad but… very little of Applejack-centered stuff really stands out, usually being overshadowed by events or other characters antics.
Some are just trolling, I think.
Regardless Applejack still has many fans. (Including me.)
You may be the least loved.
But you are also usually the least hated.
