This reminds me of a fic that was an alternate take on Bridle Gossip, where Applejack is the only one affected by the poison joke and gets turned into a zebra.
 
Also, given the very same canon episode, the idea presented in this image makes no sense whatsoever, since Applejack would be encouraging people to give Zecora a chance rather than being the one most unjustly biased against her.

This is a fake from what I can tell, so don’t worry. The guy who made it just repainted AJ from the Pinkie Sense Episode, it’s taken from the part where AJ is speaking to Twilight whom fell in a ditch. Still a very good zebra AJ though so no complaints.

I was kinda hoping Zecorea’s first episode was something among these lines. AJ is blatantly racist, and poison joke turns her into a zebra, then an overall anti racist message.
 
I suppose they didn’t go this route because making the Texan character racist would offend too many idiots. Then again they could use any character to be racist and transform; would be funny if it was Fluttershy, who could be the PETA sort of pony that prefers wild animals over everything.
