Dude, PLEASE stop posting every bit of work-in-progress. When very good artists want to show how they work, step-by-step walkthroughs can sometimes be instructive to those getting started who need to know how a picture comes together. They will typically do so on their DA or Tumblr, however.
 
You, sadly, are not a very good artist. While you are definitely showing progress, it’s clear you need to sharpen up your skills before you can expect to contribute positively to this imageboard. If you’re looking for constructive and thoughtful critique, why don’t you post on DA instead? It’s meant for that purpose, unlike Derpibooru.

I recommend looking online, grab some reference pictures, and practice drawing different faces. The more you study them, the more apparent different features become.

Thats part of the plot in the story of my comic that wish to release someday.
 
I have been working in inprove my art style and the whole story. Have in mind that I started back in 2008 and yet i’m still not happy with my art style.  
And the story is not even half made. I have been changing concepts, back stories, context, personalities, and everything trhough this years and Yet I’m not happy with what I have.
 
I wish that i could tell why they look like the same but that is practically a big spoiler.
 
People now say that they don’t like my art style but look at this sh*t
