I deal with it by playing stuff on it that I’m sure it can handle. Older emulators, games made in flash; that sort of stuff.
 
Been level grinding in a FiM RPG for a while now.

I suck at FPS games, but admittedly TF2 looks fun, and funny, so I might give it a shot someday if I get a game controller for my computer. (I don’t game much on PC, I’m more of a console guy, though the only “current gen’” console I own is a 3DS.)

If you like team-based shooters, TF2’s pretty cool. I’m an RPG guy myself, but I try to play a decent amount of multiplayer games. Makes for a fun time with my friends.

The way I see it, you can be both polite and amiable without being too PC. Trying to be completely politically correct all the time tends to leave you sounding stilted and more than a little fake, even if you’re being genuine.
 
Eh, I guess it all comes down to who you’re talking to as well. Some people prefer to censor everything they say while others don’t care. Neither are necessarily wrong unless taken to the extreme.

Yeah, I’m just saying some go overboard with being P.C. (Or in Sykes’ case can be downright hypocritical about it.) I admit, I can be offended to, and I try to be respectful of others’, but I can take some jokes, as well.
 
I’m part Chereokee, and I love Native-American culture, but I don’t get offended by say a goofy “Looney Tunes” depiction of an American-Indian. (Not like their goofy white, redneck, cowboys, and such are any “better.” lol)

Political correctness has its place, but as far as I’m concerned, not when it applies to me. Hell, my friends are downright brutal when they mock me, but mostly because they know that I think it’s funny too.
 
It’s kind of weird. I’ll get heated into an argument over other things, but not about insults lobbed at myself. They just don’t really bother me.
 
Someone’s calling me gay? Man, Captain Obvious sure isn’t trying hard today, is he?
 
That sort of thing. It’s why gay jokes still work for me. Well… okay… that and because the idea of a guy porking another guy, even if it’s me, is still intrinsically funny.
 
I… hope that made sense? I dunno.
 
If I had to pose the other side of the argument, I suppose it comes down to when you do and don’t know when someone is being serious. If my friends, or Hell, even someone on the Internet just so happens to call me a faggot… big deal. (A) My friends aren’t serious. (B) Anyone on the Internet can say literally anything and it could very well mean nothing.
 
It makes resisting insults simple.

Well, it’s nice to see somebody who’s not overly-P.C. about that kinda thing. Most of the people who find certain words offensive, aren’t even the ones said words are supposedly “aimed” at. (Heck, they’re even bleeping the word “midget” on TV, as if it was a racial-slur now…)
 
I actually groaned at that PSA commercial of Wanda Sykes promoting political-correctness. (Saying people can’t say stuff is “gay” anymore, because it offends her.)  
But mostly, ‘cause she’s one of the last people I’d take that seriously from. Given all the “offensive” things she says like joking about Michael Douglas’s throat cancer, and wanting to waterboard Rush Limbaugh, and wanting his kidneys to fail. (Even if Rush is a dork, I wouldn’t go that far.)  
…It’s like going, “You can’t say things that offend me, but I’ll say whatever the hell I want.”  
This is why it’s hard to respect modern Hollywood celebrities…
