I figured, I’m just saying, Raridragon seems quite a bit more mature (in both senses of the word) than Spike was as a dragon.
 
And if Twilight did it, she can undo it, or re-ponify Rarity at least, right?
 
I seriously want an answer on the wing thing though.

Good question, but I was talking about how he had Twilight turn him into a pony so he could be with Rarity, only to discover that she turned into a dragon. (See the link in the description.)

Well, if he wasn’t a pony right now, the age (or perhaps I should say physical maturity) difference would be unnervingly apparent.
 
And seriously, no other dragon ever seems to be wingless. Is he some sort of dragon equivalent to Scootaloo?
