Yes, Friendship, powerful as described, we can all agree, is not a God, a cosmic entity or a Force of Nature existing natural in the universe, something that towers above all, it’s just a somebody’s concept that cultivates strength for everyone, to keep everything in his/her vicinity from falling apart.

Man when it comes to those two, their arguing about power scaling on the roof. Still while Friendship is the most powerful thing it is not a all-supreme God or Force of Nature there is always something higher than that, everything no matter how supreme or powerful, has always something superior or above them.

Twilight: “I TOLD YOU, GOKU! TOO MUCH BACON WILL HAVE ADVERSE EFFECTS ON YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM!!!”  
Goku: “TAKE THAT BACK, EGGHEAD HORSEY PERSON THING!!!”
 
And so the fight to end the universe began…

It’s a pretty basic thing. Twilight isn’t from a fighting show–she has nothing other than raw power, which isn’t at the planet-breaking level of Goku.
 
That said, Friendship is the most powerful force bar none. If the Elements have already gathered (and are wearing said Elements and haven’t had their heads fucked around with) or presumably if they’re using Rainbow Power, then they’d win despite being overwhelmed in… pretty much every aspect.

Goku easily towers over Twilight in everything else, Twilight only getting the advantage over intelligence. Goku DESTROYS Twilight Sparkle.

OK, you two. You’ve had your Saiyan-father-Alicorn-daughter bonding session; can you stop now? Before something gets destroyed?

You sir, can’t be any more correct. Plus there’s a guy on here that takes Screw Attack seriously. That poor soul. But anyway, even if the entire Mane 6 in their Rainbow Forms attacked Goku at once, it wouldn’t do jack shit to him. Either he’ll dodge the instant the attack hits him, or he’ll take it all head on, and have not a single scratch on his body. Hell, even a Base Goku in the Saiyan Saga would be way too much for them.
 
Seriously, I don’t know why people are debating these characters. If you actually watched Dragon Ball Z and studied up on everything that the fighting offers you would know that there would be no contest between My Little Pony and Dragon Ball Z.
 
Basically, you guys are debating a guy that’s been stated to be capable of destroying an entire galaxy, and with Super Saiyan God, he’s probably a nigh universe buster now. He can punch hard enough to bring entire mountains crumbling into pieces, and if he were to punch a planet with full force he could probably move it and perhaps destroy it all together.
 
Goku’s also shown very impressive speed feats. I’ve actually managed to create a formula that can calculate a Dragon Ball Z character’s fighting speed. I’ve managed to find out that a Buu Saga Base Goku, who’s power level is 375,000,000 can fight at 1,500,000 times the speed of light. Just Base Form Goku can do this. His Super Saiyan forms trump this significantly.
 
Goku also has astounding durability. When he fought Frieza before becoming a Super Saiyan Goku just kept getting back up, despite the big gap between their power.
 
But despite all this I just keep coming across things like this that make me punch a guys mouth loose. Also, I have a blog post on FiMFiction (I have a story there) that breaks down my Fighting Speed Formula and teaches others how to use it. I just leave it right here.
