It really wouldnt matter that much, even if Ki was similar to magic for DC characters (which is doubtful seeing how magic in DC works a lot differently then it does for any other verse) Superman has regularly gone toe to toe with beings with magical powers much higher than anything Goku has done, and won on his own.

Yeah, but I find this description too vague for us to assume Ki would fall in the simple physical damage category. After all, in East Asian tradition, Ki tends to be portrayed as having a supernatural/spiritual nature in addition to its physical properties. I’d rather see Superman fight someone who actually uses Ki in combat in order to verify if he’d really be unvulnerable. We only know he’s vulnerable to magic, kryptonite and red sunlight because we saw him being affected by those; but we don’t really know how Supes’ body would react to Goku’s Ki-powered attacks.

Some versions, Goku could backhand out of commission with ease, other versions would just casually shrug of anything Goku does, then move several times faster than Goku can react, and take him out in one hit.

You have in-universe examples like Babidi who use actual magic, which works differently than ki.

The only character in DBZ Canon capable of that feat is Kid Buu. Even Frieza has to exert serious effort and can’t really do it in a jiffy, While Cell needed to go self-kablooey.
 
Anime Canon, Vegeta can do it before even reaching earth.
 
 
Either way, in the superhero fiction, standard comic fiction and the world of anime, even the Anime Dragon Ball characters would get hilariously destroyed by faster/more powerful characters. Like Manga Sailor Moon(faster than DBZ, comparable power to the anime DBZ fighters).
