She was that pony in a makeshift wheelchair. Even though she did have her hind legs, for some reason one guy in Japan decide to start drawing her as an amputee, and it took off.

Who exactly is this character I keep seeing? Is this somebody’s OC who doesn’t get marked as one, or a ponified character who doesn’t get tagged as a ponification? If it’s either of those, somebody needs to fix their tags.

(If it’s a background pony from the show, I’ve never heard of her.)
