Yeah, cloud-walking is a GREAT spell. I very much think it would fall under her portfolio.

Maybe his too since it might be useful for logistics so that non-pegasi can brief the pegasi up on their war-thunder-heads (Assuming one’s fanon includes combat meteorology).
