Basically what I was saying is, there’s so many potential ways ways he could choose to be completely unstoppable that the only reason he didn’t win instantly is that he made a conscious effort not to.
Eh it seems pretty easy to me to tell what would happen if Discord were serious about taking over. Namely anyone that got in his way would be dead because he could just snap his fingers and their heads would explode.
Sombra actually did a pretty thorough job of locking away the Crystal Heart, for what it’s worth.

I’d argue that Discord is the least tactical villain, and maily because he chooses to be. There’s really no telling what he would have been capable of if he’d decided to really apply himself to taking over, rather than make playing games his top priority.
It’s funny you mention that, since Chrysalis is the least tactical villain seen.
