I think some of the confusion, for me at least, lies in how her legs, neck and face are still ‘skinny’ despite the distended stomach, which is atypical in massive weight gain, but usual in pregnancy. Also, the taut smoothness of the skin over the belly ie; no fat rolls, is more indicative of skin stretching over a large bulk, not the epidimus pumped full of jiggly wiggly fat.
