look closely at the main six as breezies  
while twilight and rarity have their unicorn almond eyes, the rest (who normally have rounded eyes, now have more elongated oval eyes.  
with the breezies (going by seabreeze and his wife) males have solid circle eyes and females have almond eyes.

Except that’s actually the least likely, since several of the Mane Six had rounded eyes.

The most consistent gender difference is the eyes - males’ are rounded, females’ come to a point.
