An actual awnser to why? Becuase they’re dancing.  
Most of the “ass shots” in FV where while someone was dancing or at least half dancing. I’m not sure if you’ve seen people dance before but shaking your hips is usually a key part of it.
 
Secondly their quadrupeds, pretty much any shot from behind is an “ass shot”.
