True. I kind find it funny, how most people think, just because an OC has the batpony eyes or metal wings, etc. that they are automatically Bad OC’s.
 
The good thing about OC’s is that you can make them look the way you damn please. They do not have to look like they could fit right into the background of an MLP episode, to be considered a good OC.

And yet he is probably more popular than 80% of most other OC’s around, boosting a high fellowship on Tumblr, doing music and art and getting tons of fanart pretty much every day.
 
Maybe you should rethink your definition of bad OC, since he has seen more popularity on one week than you will see in your life.

Too-dark color scheme. Uncalled-for high-contrast hooves. Setting-inappropriate cutie mark that clashes with the color scheme. Red demon eyes that don’t go with anything else in the design. Mane style that doesn’t match the tail. Notched ear. Multi-colored wing.
 
Yep, it’s a bad OC.
