Something tells me it’s a joke. And that humour is subjective. And that teenagers often go through periods of angst, venting through the digital mediums that they enjoy. Joke or not, telling someone to off themself is a pretty cuntish thing to do, mate.

I remember reading somewhere that Sherlock Holmes was a spark for the inception of fanfiction in general, so it’s not too far stretch to look there, I think.

This is entirely too accurate. Almost too accurate to be funny… almost.

This makes me wonder, what was the first piece of entertainment to have a fan create an OC?
 
Also, what was the first edgy OC?

It worries me that I thought this was genuine for about a second before reading the final bit.
