Everyone’s missed a bit of something…
 
Long story short on this guy is he’d go around requesting art in an obnoxious manner; rerequesting constantly in drawthreads, asking for updates several times an hour, bugging people on tumblr and streams, etc.
 
At some point he bumped into Bluntwhiskey and started pestering her in streams constantly, then on every art site she frequented, got her banned from Livestream, I think got her Paypal frozen, etc. Also harrassed her in PMs everywhere, including here. Also him boasting about posting her pay-for art to her, threatning to do more of the same over time, and threatened her physically if she didn’t do his request.
 
He got another week-ban here for being obnoxious, and at some point joined the IRC to complain about it. Apparently he managed to make this worse in doing so.
