Oops! My bad, you’re totally right. I just went through my copy of the En-US version and I wasn’t watching the right shot. I thought that it was when Pinkie was walking through the party with Twilight but it turns out that it’s a bit after that.
I didn’t record the French version I was bitching about on my PVR so I can’t go back and check to see if she is underped or not..
…Uh.. I just don’t know what went wrong?
You sure you were watching the right Derpy shot? A lot of people forget that Derpy’s eyes were only derped in a single shot during that scene - they appear straight for the rest of it. I’ve never heard of the animation being edited in any version of that episode.

Last Saturday, the kids were watching S1 eps 1 and 2 while I was watching RTM on my laptop. I had to suffer through a badly sung “Giggle at the Ghosties”.
I’m a musician. It made me cry.
(Also, Derpy is fully un-derped in that one first defining scene at the party. How could they?)
Yeah :/. And the voices are the same as the french version in this add, except that the lines aren’t at the right place :/. Hopefully, the lifeless speaking voice won’t get in the show x).
I can deal with the voices but the singing just makes my ears bleed. It’s off-key and off-time. The European French dub seems to be better than the Québec French one.
