The only problem with the logic of this particular piece is that Chryssy already rules a nation of people willing to throw themselves at an enemy until they drown under the sheer weight of bodies, just to gratify her.

At least, that was the image I got from that horde of changelings. It seems that her subjects already are quite loyal, possibly fanatically so.
