That kind of reminds me of a He-Man book I once had. There was one story where He-Man and his allies were communicating with some alien refugees, and when they finally met they realised the aliens were tiny. Both sides thought they were the same size due to only seeing each other on the communicator screen.
 
I’d love to see that happen with these two, if only to see Starscream’s disappointment that instead of a powerful ally with a powerful weapon, he gets the equivalent of a regular Decepticon blaster.
