A cutie mark in using diapers would be quite the paradox - not only is it a sign of maturity that reflects a reversion to infancy. but in a practical sense, the diaper would cover the mark.

Some People are working with the “Stop drawing things I don’t like” - Pattern, downvoting anything they don’t want to see. If you don’t want to look at it don’t look at it and stop being childish. It’s not my cup of tea either (I prefer coffee anyway), but some people like looking at these images and I respect that. Also it’s a decent drawing, thus I have no reason to vote it down.
