I learned one thing from being an artist online for nearly a decade: Being a dickhead to your fans will immediately turn them away from you. That’s precisely how and why I stopped drawing, when I got disgusted with them, and they got disgusted with me.
Don’t believe me, check out my FurAffinity account. It will be there for all of eternity to remind me to stop trying so hard.

It’s not because his animation is bad.
It’s because 90% of everything he ever uploaded here looks like visions of a long term acid user and his generally insulting attitude towards just about everyone.
He also claims he’s just pretending being an asshole but that’s like saying Family Guy parodies shitty shows while being a briliant commentary on the downfall of TV as a medium.
Look, he’s good at animation. Brilliant, even. But if it’s the same thing, with no variety, people will get bored. Yes, animation takes time, but if there’s no obvious progress, people will start asking what’s the point to it all.
I’d be curious to see the finished project, but I am not going to just praise him to ‘motivate’ him. Feedback, whether or not it’s saying ‘I love this part of the animation’ or ‘this bit isn’t on par with the rest’ is all positive if PikaPetey can use it to further improve his skill.
Feedback like ‘u suck’ or ‘leave him alone he is awesome’ is not positive at all since it doesn’t actually help.
Do you guys have any idea at all on how long animating takes? Especially how he’s doing it, with years of experience he can get stuff done “faster”, but it still takes time. Half of the motivation of doing the stuff he does comes from positive feedback you know?
>Pikapeteys animation being boring
>Not appreciating true animating quality at its fullest
This guy is fucking talented. He does his shit really smoothly. The expressions he uses goes well along with his style, I love them.
