I keep hearing that the Hot Topic cases allegedly have one of each, but the cases sold at other outlets sure as hell don’t.

…Those were the only two numbers stamped on the bottom of the boxes in my set. There’s no way to determine which figure is in a box without opening it, and the boxes are shrinkwrapped and glued shut. Bastards.
