Description
Spike gave a questioning look to looked to Sharp and Magma, who both gave nods of approval. Well if youre sure about this, you could come along and join our squad. We could really use more members, plus you know your way around these tunnels better than we do.
“R-rreally?” Snort asked trying to hold in his glee and doing a fairly poor job of it. “I can join you guys?”
“If you dont mind going on a quest with us to stop that diamond dog and save the dragons,” Spike said, “I should warn you if you go along with us, theres no telling what could happen, weve been attacked, seen unknown magic, we might be completely over our heads,” he looked at Magma and Sharp who both had confident grins, “but by working together I think we could really make a difference.”
“Ill follow you guys as far as my feet will take me, and even if we dont find a way out, Im not gonna let you guys get away from me.” Snort answered. He wrapped his arm around Spike, and gave him a side hug and he seemed to be invigorated with new life, becoming his old cheerful self again.
“Well with that taken care of,” Magma said, “shall we take off?”
“No time like right now, right?” Sharp asked.
Snort pulled Sharp into his side hug as well, Wherever you guys go, Ill be right there with ya! he exclaimed.
The newly formed squad of dragons, the naive and adventurous Spike, the skittish and sly Sharp, the brash and blunt Magma, and the cheerful and heavy Snort, continued their journey and quest into the darkened tunnels to whatever lies beyond.
