Males wearing female clothing is a joke that has existed as long as plays, cartoons, movies and tv shows have existed. It’s considered funny. A joke. Ha ha etc. All kinds of female clothing is used in porn and stuff that is not exclusively “porn” clothing are not automatically questionable or reference to porn or anything.

I don’t think that they were written in to be purposly provocative. Nobody found homer simpson slobbering over food sexy. Also, the potion was non alcoholic, those thorny vines wanted everything destroyed, and discord is played by a guy in his sixties (ew).
