I’m more of a MLP fan than a Doctor Who fan, because I’ve only seen clips of the show, but I’m really trying to get into it.
 
Currently, best Doctor is the 4th Doctor, Tom Baker.

I’m infinitely more excited about S4 Pony than Doctor Who, and I’m a fan of both.
 
More time has elapsed between S3 and S4 than the Doctor Who special from the last who episode as well, so, meh.

MLP starts at 10:00am EDT and Doctor Who’s not until 7:30pm GMT, depending on your Time Zone, you’ll have plenty of time.

I wanted to go with the obvious Spiderman route..but then I found Kenny!  

I’m going to record the Dr. Who special. That way I can enjoy both ponies AND the Doctor.

Im more Hyped for The day of the Doctor than Season 4, its because Im a huge SCI-FI and I live in Scotland, where with MLP I have to wait tell it get uploaded onto the Internet somewhere befor i can see it as there is not a tv channel that has it that I can get.
