I think he gets the message guys.
You put the image URL and then put ! on either side.
So, this;
! https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A-QGZvkCYAERJim.jpg !
without the spaces.
! url of image !
But without the spaces.
you paste the link in the comment box and then put an exclamation point at the beginning and end of the link
You hold the image up to the sky on a sunny day and scream “TAIYOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”
how the hell do i put images in the comments?
to be fair, Steve Case never really did anything wrong, he just annoyed the piss out of people by sending them mountains of unwanted CDs. The service itself died because they bled off talent, shit got broke, didn’t get fixed, eventually got canned because no one to fix. Like their free Usenet coverage. And they simply didn’t have the money necessary to go fiber like the rest of the up and comers flush with venture capital. AOL’s biggest sin against the internet is actually being too goddamn easy to connect, allowing millions of insane rednecks and hippies with tree sap computers access they shouldn’t have had.
The trouble with that is the internet as a whole hates losing privacy and having information controlled.
I seriously thought he was a woman dressed as a glam metal singer when I played the game for the first time.
They’re actually very worried because tablets are wrecking PCs in sales and tablet-users don’t use Google services nearly as much.
This is why they’re trying to herd people onto Google+. If they can data-mine people deeply, they can offer new services to offer conveniences (at the sacrifice of privacy and control over your own information).
AOL was huge. MySpace was huge. Now they’re nothing. Google doesn’t want to go the same way, and if it means proving that they were always pompous boors instead of the benevolent nerd image they like to present, so be it.
Okay I lol’d at the crossdresser joke
doubt it, because the front page whores are probably making far more and they’ll happy, Google wont do shit.
insert crickets chirping here
@SquiggyBomb
Not me. Google already rules the internet, they don’t need to listen. They’re basically the Shinra Corporation if it were internet-based, minus one cross-dresser with a 20 foot sword.
The “Bob” posters.
