King Sombra: CHRYSALIS! SHE’S IN THE LIVING ROOM!
 
Queen Chrysalis: (Muttering)
 
Sombra: She went up the ladder!
 
Chrysalis: (Continues Muttering) Ladder topples over (Screaming)
 
Sombra: Ooh! I’m coming, Chrysalis. I’m coming!
 
Derpy: looking down through the hole
 
Sombra: Chrysalis? Chrysalis! Hey you didn’t lose any fangs! Come on she went the second floor.

Derpy: throws one paint can at Chrysalis but misses
 
Chrysalis: fakes her pain Ow! It busted me right my mouth, Sombra!
 
[The duo start laughing]
 
Chrysalis: Whispering again That’s one.
 
Sombra: Don’t worry, Chrysalis. I’ll get her. (Hoofsteps resume)
 
Derpy: throws the other paint can at Sombra but misses again
 
Sombra: fakes his pain as well Ow! Right in the schnoz!
 
Chrysalis: whispering one last time That’s two! Come on. Let’s get her!
 
Derpy: throws a giant metal pipe at Sombra and Chrysalis
 
Sombra: Oops! gets hit by the pipe with Chrysalis
 
(Both Screaming)
 
Sombra: Weakly That’s… three.
 
Derpy: cuts the rope holding up the pipe to let it hit the two villains again
 
Chrysalis: No.
 
Both: get hit by the pipe again (this time in the crotch)

I could imagine this as a full comic.  
Celestia & Luna and the whole Ponyville goes off to some dumb celebration. Derpy is forgotten.  
Thinking she made the town disappear she starts enjoying life, with noone to boss her around, but soon starts missing them.  
But when the vilains start to seize the opportunity to take control of the town it’s up to Derpy to stop them.
 
The scenes are just begging for it.
 
“Derpy, why don’t you just sit this out while the rest of the town does Winter Wrap Up.”  
“You never trust me with anything! I wish you’d just disappear!”
