I would be cautious when saying that,specially now,imo.
 
Considering that Flash and Sunset are technically DHX creations.One can’t be 100% sure how the characters are going to be handled now.

If Twilight was going to have a boyfriend, I’d want him to have something in common with her. Flash was just a generic cute-nice-boy-with-guitar. If it turned out he was a closet nerd and loved books as much as Twilight did, it could work, but otherwise he’s just boring.
